Last updated: 24 October 2026
This policy explains what data is collected on konvia.net, why, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights. It follows Burkina Faso Law No. 001-2021/AN of 30 March 2021 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

- Organisation requests: three years after the last exchange.
- Newsletter: until unsubscription.
Cookies
Konvia uses no advertising or audience-measurement cookies. Site traffic is measured in aggregate, without cookies, by the host (Cloudflare Web Analytics). A strictly necessary session cookie is set only when signing in to the organiser area.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to its processing. For a congress, contact its organiser (details on the congress page) or contact@konvia.net, who will forward your request. You may also refer the matter to Burkina Faso’s Commission de l’informatique et des libertés (CIL).
