Do I need an account to register for a congress?
No. You fill in the congress form and receive a personal link to your badge page by email. Keep that email.
How do I pay my registration fee?
Each congress lists its payment methods: Mobile Money, bank transfer, cash to the treasurer or sponsorship by a company. After a Mobile Money payment or transfer, declare the transaction reference on your badge page.
When is my badge valid?
As soon as the congress treasurer has verified your payment. Your QR badge is then sent by email and remains available on your badge page.
I lost the email with my personal link.
Use the “Find my badge” form on the Sign-in page: we will resend your links to the email address used to register.
Who decides whether my abstract is accepted?
Only the congress scientific committee. Konvia provides the submission and review tool and does not take part in decisions.
How do I get my certificate of attendance?
The organiser issues the certificate based on attendance recorded when your badge is scanned. Remember to show your badge at every entrance and workshop.
