Konvia designs and operates a digital platform for medical congresses in Africa.
Our mission
To give African medical societies world-class tools to organise their congresses, and to give health professionals simple access to scientific events in their specialty.
Our independence
Konvia is a private initiative. It is neither an offshoot nor the property of any medical society. The societies and organising committees that use Konvia are its clients, under a commercial proposal and a service agreement.
Each organiser remains solely responsible for its congress: programme, fees, payments collected, scientific decisions and certificates. Konvia provides the tool and, at the organiser’s request, support.
Our principles
- Reliability. No payment, attendance or certificate is confirmed without verification.
- Lightness. Light pages that work on phones and slow connections.
- Respect for data. Participants’ data belongs to the congress that collects it; it is never sold or used for other purposes.
- Accuracy. We never display figures, testimonials or partners that are not real.
Congresses on Konvia
Konvia publishes congress pages on behalf of organisers who wish it, and an agenda open to all medical societies. The page of the 2nd International Urology Congress of the Burkina Faso Society of Urology (SUBF) is the first congress page published on the platform.
