1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the konvia.net website and related services: congress agenda, congress pages, registration, payment declaration, abstract submission, badges and organiser area.
2. Roles
Each congress is organised by a medical society or an organising committee (“the organiser”), which is solely responsible for its programme, fees, payments collected, scientific decisions and certificates. Konvia provides the technical platform and, where applicable, support defined in an agreement with the organiser.
3. Registration and payment
Registration is recorded when the form is submitted. Payment is confirmed only after verification by the organiser’s treasurer; a payment declaration or screenshot does not constitute confirmation. Cancellation and refund terms are those of the organiser.
4. Badges
Badges are personal and name-specific. Any use by a third party or fraudulent copy may lead to refused entry.
5. Abstracts
Authors guarantee they are entitled to submit their abstract and have their co-authors’ agreement. Review and decisions rest solely with the congress scientific committee.
6. Organiser area
Credentials are personal. The organiser grants access to its team according to the available roles and ensures they are used properly.
7. Availability
Konvia takes reasonable measures to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. Check-in scanning is designed to keep recording entries during network outages.
